wut kind of rope is that
Just watched your video on the importance of staying tied in twice while making cuts in the tree. This safety measure is crucial for arborists to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. Thanks for sharing this valuable information! 🌳🔗 Keep climbing, keep growing, and keep shining bright, my friends! 🌟🌱✨
This is my uncle
Love ❤️ this tip/ trick & your enthusiasm. Do you run the leather cambium saver with MRT? Based on the age of this vid you're probably running SRT now. Can't wait to try this!
Awesome my man
I’m back after an entire year. Still good stuff
Dear Sir, dont breath that stuff, and wheres your protective stuff?
Cool idea...show up nearly ready to go to work, hands on
If you're going to drop price be sure you can tell them why. Right.
I make sure my work and care justifies the price.
Thank you
Wow amazing. Have never climbed. Are there any tree climbing clubs out there?
Im asking because i see guys useing mrs systems. Seems a single would be much better grab or sinch??
For example buckingham tree sqeeze new versions is like 380.00 bucks ..useing your srs climb line choked and twisted behind the spar sideways wouldnt that be better .say with akimbo or shorty rope 🛠?😮😢
Heres the big question??? Is it safer to use srs choked around the spar,,,or mrs with 4 inch gap ..drt on spars ???
This is not a blakes hitch its a Joe Bisping mind blowing knot absolutly ingenious good job Bisping
Lol love it! Glad you liked it.
Do you ever try and talk the customer out of cutting down a healthy tree? I hate hearing someone tell me they cut it down because of the limbs and twigs that fall.
How has the rake held up over the past few years?
Viewed, Liked, Subscribed, Shared! Love the implement!
very cool, thank you
pretty cool tool..
Thanks Brother , I have an Oregon chain sharpener and around sixty or seventy dull chains , lol. We’re a fence company with two Husqvarner 460 saws and our guys like to stick them in the dirt. I’ve tried diesel fuel , brake cleaner and dish detergent with poor results. I took your advice and it worked great ! Hit them with the power washer and sprayed them with chain lube after sharping. Thanks again , great tip. 👍
MIND BLOWN! WHHHHAAAA 😂😂
Great tipp! All the resin demovers have some sodium- or potassium hydroxide in it but often mixed with glycols, tensids and alcohol to reduce surface tension. You also can add some washing powder or Natron (backing powder). Don't forget to clean the chain with lots of fresh water, let dry and oil it right afterwards! For storage don't use bio-oil but thin mineral oil instead!
could use a big figue 8 for solo rigging as well
All these comments saying they never did this before, I’ve never climbed like this but when he was talking about tying the stopper knot my first thought was, “well what if you tied a second Blake’s knot on the other side wouldn’t it be more secure? 🤔 “ 😂
I sharpen knives for friends for free and my son who is attending linesmen school asked me to sharpen his gaffs today so this vid came in handy. A big 6 year late Thanks to you sir...
Every professional Arborist should be charging $100-$150 per man hour. Anyone who is bidding less is essentially destroying the industry lowering the bar. Be a professional.
Awesome tip thanks
This is just a jive pep talk
I learned from 2 long time contractors with 30+ year experience each that if Your getting all your bids Your not making money. You should get about 50% of Your bids as confirmed jobs.
Very informative video, thank you 🙏
I usually wait a day before I give quote back to them. A lot of people want the number asap.
Thanks for taking the time. Subscribed. Started a tree managment service august of last year and its a good refresher listening to you catagorize your outputs and returns being the worker and owner. I am definitly shooting from the hip but i am improving and learning every day, honesty is the number one quality.
Haven’t tried it, but you know I am! This could change the game
Hey Joe, been awhile since youve posted. Hopefully things are swell in your neck of the woods. Tree leeds are all the neighbors that hear the screaming saws😂 have a happy and safe 2024 my friend 🎉🎉🎉
Awesome, man. This is how humanity evolves: someone has a bright idea and suddenly the whole species gets to step forward 😁🤙🏼
I watched this video and tried this the same day. It works so well. I just used a toothbrush after the soak to get all the soft mush off. Perfect solution! Thank you for sharing this.
How much will a guy be hated an laughed at if hes not a certified arborist but has started climbing trees an falling trees solo just a small time tree business?
Pulley systems are amazing. I didn’t know this trade existed until my family moved and we needed a trees cut down.
very informative video. Lots of videos about arborist and are you up for a collaboration? Hipa supplies parts for chainsaws and maybe we would work together to help more people in the community.
Camera work blew my ears out grrr
What about when being asked for a estimate and you give a cheap estimate after hearing the outrageous first estimate that was thousands of dollars more and then another company comes in and does it for almost nothing .....also area im in some people look at you like you have four heads when giving 2 to 3000 dollar job around powerlines houses sheds etc ...... i watch alot of these video's where companys are charging 10,000 to 14,000 for big trees where in my area im cutting for 2,500 3,000 no crane no crew just me my bucket truck and chipper theres got to be a factor im missing or im just in the wrong areas thanks for reading and good video by the way !
Big tree pay days are usually insurance jobs. Trees on houses.. I see similar where I'm located
A great tip, I miss this guy.
Steve o from SLC punk really turned his life around!
Anyone know anything like this for Canada?
Thanks, I tried this yesterday on about 10 chains, and it worked well. Sprayed them with water after and then blew then dried with air from compressor. The lye went to work very quickly. I did two 30-minute rinses, but the first one really was enough since the 2nd rinse showed little change. Lye is cheap too.
Any chance we can get an update on how this tree doing 5 years after you did this heavy pruning? Is it alive and thriving?
